The bq76200 is designed for a battery switch which would be operated when some other system determined the current had exceeded a limit, not to control current. While you can PWM the inputs, and the part has low propagation delays, PWM for current control usually implies a rapid switching and the charge pump capacitor is likely to deplete if you switch too quickly and the driver will not come on or stay on because of the UVLO feature. Since this effect will depend on the FETs, capacitors, voltages, we can not give you guidance. You would need to analyze the circuit and test to determine if it would be suitable in your application.
