TPS22990: Maximum Value for CT

Hello,

I'd like a very long turn on delay.    Is it possible to increase the value of CT beyond the suggested 0.01uF in table 1, page 17 of the datasheet?   Is there a maximum value?   I'm looking for something in the 400ms range, and thus 10uF.
