BQ76940: REGSRC SUPPLY VOLTAGE

what is have any affect the "REGSRC"pin supply voltage by 10.5V LDO from PACK+?The customer don't want to use VC5X and mosfet circuit.Whether will affect the power consumption?

See the application note www.ti.com/.../slua749, section 9 for some additional information on REGSRC. The bq76940 will be fine with a regulated voltage for REGSRC. With the 10.5V supplied note from the description in the apnote and the data sheet spec on VFETON you will typically have about 1V less than REGSRC or 9.5V for the CHG and DSG voltage. If you are driving FETs with those signals be sure you are satisfied with the RDSON at the lower voltage.
