BQ25505: can secondary storage be charged by primary?

Hi team,

We had a customer that was wondering:

Is the secondary rechargeable storage device (battery, or super-cap) meant to be charged using ‘ONLY’ extracted power from harvested source? Or can the primary battery (or can be configured to) charge it too?

the secondary storage can only be charged through the input source.
