BQ34Z100-G1: BQ34z100-g1. ChemID matching

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Hi,

I am using an 8s2p LiFePO4 battery and I want to select the best chemical ID for it. I am thinking in using the Gauging Parameter Calculator (GPC) but I have some doubts with it.

I am going to use the following procedure (recommended by   in this forum):

- Charge battery with CC/CV.

- Let it relax for 48 hours (due to longer relaxing times of LFP batteries).

- Discharge the battery at C/10.

- Let it relax for another 48h (due to longer relaxing times of LFP batteries).

However I have some doubts about this procedure with this battery:

1. The manufacturer of the battery pack has informed me that due to the BMS, the charging voltage is 27.5V and the final charging current is 0.2C (120mA).

2. Such a low charging voltage  sounded me weird but I tested the batteris and I obtained almost 100% of the previously introduce charge.

3. My doubt is about the performance of the GPC with a LFP battery with charging voltage of 27.5V. Do you think it can create any type of problems to GPC to match the right chemical ID?

I attach the cell datasheet in case it were useful.

Thank you very much in advance,

Best regards,
