    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    See the below data of BUCK1 gm_ea based our internal characterization. Please note that this is based on limited set of devices (~120) and it is for your reference only.

    Room temperature:
    Min=0.85, Typ=0.90, Max=1.0

    At 125C ambient:
    Min=0.93, Typ=0.98, Max=1.1

    At -40C ambient:
    Min=0.84, Typ=0.89, Max=0.96
