Implementing Redundancy in Power Supplies

Part Number: UCC39002
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2412, UCC29002

I need to implement Hot - Swappable Redundancy in Power Supplies, capable of supplying 24V DC with inrush current upto 60 Amp. If I use two Power supplies in parallel to implement Redundancy where each Power Supply is capable of sufficiently feeding the load and both have same configuration, Do I need to use load sharing controller?? As even if the supply voltages are matched, a slight mismatch may result in toggling between the modules.

PS: I am already using Active ORing and Hot Swap Controllers.
