Hi,

i already have a TPS54160 converter in use to create +6V and -6V from +48V. The Design is similar to the one mentioned in the Application Report SLVA369A. We are really happy with this but now I want to create +18V and -18V from +48V and this exceeds the absolute maximum voltage of the TPS54160 (60V). Does someone have an alternative part for me with an absolute maximum input voltage of >75V?!

For non-sync options, we have 75V Vin max parts: LM5575 (1.5A) and LM5576 (3A)

If you don't need high current, we also have LM5161 (100V 1A), LM5017 (100V 0.6A), LM5006 (100V 0.6A).

Note that the current rating of the buck needs to be higher than the sum of the total current needed by the two rails.

If higher current is needed, a 75V controller LM5145 can be an option.
