Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMR14030, LMR14050, LMR23630

I simulated this device with the following condition by WEBENCH. However it has an error. ( phase margin is not enough.)
Vin=6~16V, Vo=1.5V, Io=3A
My question is not about WEBENCH. At the above condition, what parameter is affected to the phase margin?
LMR14030 has internal compensation circuit. So that, we do not know the specification of the compensation.
Also we understand we can chose other device which is LMR23630 or LMR14050. However our customer would like to reuse this device if it is possible.
Could you advice me if there is any suggestion? (the input voltage need to be up. or the current need to be smaller than 2.5A? or something.)
