BQ34Z100-G1: bq34z100-g1. Production phase

Hi,

I am close to industrialize a product which contains a bq34z100-g1 and I want to know which is the best tool form Texas to achieve the production phase.

The steps I need to be taken are:

- Load golden image.

- Calibrate Voltage.

- Calibrate temperature.

- Calibrate current (first CC offset/Board offset and then calibrate current).

I have download the Bq Studio v1.3.80 Build 1 but I have discovered it is incredibly slow doing the mentioned steps. Moreover its slowness I had others problems:

- When I calibrate CC offset and Board offset (with current = 0 flowing) no zero value appears. It appears 8mA.

- When I calibrate current (with 2A current flowing) it takes almost 1 minute the current showed value(I remark it en red in the picture) to raise to that value. Why such a excessive filter? Previous versions of Bq Studio were not so.

I do not want to back to version v1.3.54.1 beacuse it gave me problems with voltage calibration (in this forum I was recommended to use 1.3.74 build 3).

I was hoping this Bq Studio new version solved the previous problems and the stabilty but, surprisingly for me, it is worse than previous versions. 

This is a shame beacuse bq34z100-g1 is working fantastic in my device but we cannot afford to spend more tan 10min just calibrating the device. 

So, what can we do to solve this problems?
