TPS2595: Life time by maximum lockouts

I seek information concerning the maximum number of lockouts, i.e. how many times the FET can be turned off and on again before the device stops functioning.

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Unlike mechanical relay, there is no strict limit on the number of the operations for the solid state devices as long as these are operated under recommended conditions. Do you have any specific life time target in your application? Can you share the application use case details.
