Hello,
Can i connect a 500mA led to 4 of the current sink pins of the IC?
is there any issues for sync between the sink pins ?

    Hi,

    I'm an apps engineer for LP8863-Q1.

    If only 4 strings are used, recommended LED string config is 4 individual strings as shown in table 5(datasheet page 24). Combining 4 strings will still work, but this is not one of pre-defined LED string configs, so invalid string config fault will trigger on INT signal and corresponding status register. 

    Recommended method for this to avoid string config fault is using 6 channels combined instead of 4 channels, which is a pre-defined string config.
