LM3478: Can i use the following MOsfet for 100

Hi,

I am using currently LM3478-IC in flyback operation. In this i am using the MOsfet which of gate total charge 25nC and the switching frequency is 100Khz..  Could you suggest  us to use LM3478 IC to directly drive the MOsfet or do we neeed to put a gate driver.

Your inputs are much appreciated.
