TPS61220 layout is a similar as in datasheet / evaluation module. Input voltage is 5V from USB. Output voltage can not reach 6V @ 100mA without OVP activation. I am afraid that someone update datasheet document to revison A (extending max output voltage from 5.5V to 6.0V) without enough checking.
First period 0.6 ms is without load, than 1 ms with 60 R to ground (100 mA), and again 0.6 ms without load. With 1M / 100k (close to 5.5V) everything is working fine (peak 5.64V), but it is not possible to reach 6.0V @ 100 mA without OVP activation (with peak 5.84V, that is under 6.0V and should work fine per datasheet).
