    Hi,

    The parts of the schematic shown here look fine. The LDO and SMPS rails automatically turn on once the device is enabled. They have a programmed timing sequence already configured and do not need any other requirements.

    There are several orderable part numbers of the TPS659039-Q1 that have the different voltage and sequencing configurations.

    The configurations can be found in the user guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swcu175

    Figure 1 will show the default voltages for the 0x87 OTP that you are using. Sections 4 - 6 will show you the rest of the default settings, including the power sequencing.
