I am using BQ40Z50EVM-561 to evaluate LiPFO (2S2P) battery configuration, planning to use bq40ia z50-r1 fuel gauge for application.
using ev2400 to communicate to PC via USB cable and SMB to EVM560.
Three Leds ( USB, COMM, VOLTEN) are lighten on the EV2400.
2S2P connect to Cell1 and Cell2, and Cell3 and 4 will be shorted to Cell2+ as suggested.
Press S1 (Wake) and measure Voltage between, 1N and PACK+ register 6.66 VDC ( 2 cells )
Is there a trouble shooting guide for this bq40z50EVM-560? or any suggest to get pass this initial step to a quick start?
Activate Battery Management SW, chose Guage then device "bq40z50r1" the following come back
