BQ34Z100-G1: difficulty in achieving a learning cycle

Hi,

We try to perform the learning cycle on a 8S12P 39.6Ah LiFePO4 battery pack with a BQ34Z100-G1 gauge circuit.

Everything seems to be OK until the discharge part of the cycle. During relax after the discharge, the learned status stays at 05 and the RA tables have not been updated during discharge. We didn't find the cell we use (FullRiver 26650 Fe3300) in the chemistry list so we choose a cell that was quite similar to us (Heter HTCF26650 chem id 0444) but we suppose it could the problem.

Attached you will find the log file of the entire cycle and the DATA flash export files (every 15min). Could you please have a look on these files and tell us what is going wrong.
