Hello,
I need your help to find boost IC with the following characterizes:
- Input power : 10V DC ~ 30V DC
- Output power: 100V DC (+/- 5V)
- Max Output current : 50mA (If you can find more than that its fine – but not less).
Today my customer using (for the prototype) the LM3488MMX/NOPB here is the design that he using (according to the Webench):
For some reason, the IC and sometimes the transistor (Q1) was burned during normal operation of the product (already replaced like 15 ICs). I would like to find another solution for the boost - I can’t rely on this one.
The only use for the 100V DC is to operate the OPA454 as an op amp:
