Dear Experts,

We would like to build up a thermal module of LM5020, but there are no thermal metric in our datasheet.

Could you let us know the thermal information of this device( both thermal resistance & characterization parameter in each package)?

    For the time being, you may refer to the LM5022 thermal info. If you really need, we must submit a request to the thermal modeling group to get the info. You can send me an email so I can close this post here.
