Identify Product: 3S Charger from USB Supply

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25708

Hello TI Community,

I'm designing a very small LiPo battery pack to power a DIY Thermal Imaging capability being fitted to my DJI Mavic Pro drone. Ultimately I'd like to safely charge a 3S LiPo pack (3 x 1,400mAh, 3.7/11.1V nominal) from a USB 5V supply. I can build this solution from three separate products:

  1. A boost converter (i.e. 5V - circa 12.6V)
  2. A 3-cell LiPo charger (i.e. 12.6V)
  3. A 3-cell balance board

...but I feel sure that these could be integrated.

I've spent hours trawling through the data sheets and the closest I've come to is: "BQ25708 - SMBus Multi-Chemistry Battery Buck-Boost Charge Controller" but this is technically waaaaay over-the-top for what I need. Above safely charging the pack, I guess the only 'bell and whistle' I would like is maybe an LED output for charge complete.

Any and all help trying to identify the right TI product would be warmly appreciated.
