TLV62130: Power Good(PG) pin issue.

Part Number: TLV62130
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPSM84A21,

Hello, TI-Team.

We are using the TPSM84A21 and TLV62130RGT to produce the power for a FPGA and DDR memory.

TPSM84A21(U32) produce the power 5V and after it starts the first TLV62130RGT(U29), which produces 1.2V.

The first TLV62130RGT starts the second TLV62130RGT(U28), which produce a 1.5V.

The EN of the TPSM84A21 is set by a MCU and the EN of the TLV62130RGT is set by 5V output of TPSM64A21. Both EN signal is no problem.

The issue is that PG of the TLV32130RGT is always high even though there are no output voltage.

Is it possible to solve this problem?
