UCC256303: Fast switching frequency problem at soft start

hi 

During soft start operation, the frequency is displayed up to 600k.

The datasheet states that it is up to 1M.

Is it normal to look at the datasheet data above?

    Hi, Andy

    1MHz is the maximum switching frequency capability of UCC256304. The actual switching frequency in soft start is defined by voltage of LL/SS pin and voltage of Vcr pin, 600kHz is pretty normal switching frequency.
