TPS53647: Accuracy of Internal Temperature Sensor

Hello,

With regards to the internal temperature sensor built into the TPS53647, what is the accuracy of said sensor over temperature?

    Hey Donald,

    The temperature data read over the PMBus on the TPS53647 comes from the power stages that get hooked up to it since they're where most of the losses are taking place.

    Typically on our power stages TAO will sit at 0.8V at 25°C and has a temp co of +8mV/°C, ±0.2°C.
