My customer is using UCC28C45 in their design. The input voltage range is 80-600V. They want to shut it down once the input voltage is below 80V. Do you have any recommend solutions? Thanks a lot!
The LM3864 is a comparator that is power through the resistive sense chain on its input, it also contains its won internal reference. You can see how it is used in the UCC24630 EVM, www.ti.com/.../ucc24630evm-636. It could be used to pull the COMP pin low to command zero duty cycle from the gate drive pin as its output is open drain.
