TPS22953: About the condition of Reverse Current Blocking

Regarding to Reverse Current Blocking on TPS22953, my customer is asking a question.

(Question)

According to datasheet page 5, input reverse blocking current is described as following.

In this case, it’s meaning that when Vbias= Vin=Ven=0V, the reverse current is able to block.

(Ircb=001uA typ.)

My understanding is correct?
