Hi support team,
I am having a very urgent issue with TPS92641 during the production stage. We have observed the TPS92641 is having double pulse issue at light load under room temperature. However, the double pulse issue will be gone if I use the cold spray to cool down the device case.
The production plant has reported 2 out of 50 units had this issue, due to this issue the production has been held and we need to sovle this before this week.
Here is the operating condition:
Input = +54V
Output = +30V
Load = 700mA
Waveform:
Normal (-20 degree):
Abnormal(25 degree):
Please take this seriously and we need a solve this ASAP.
