LP8556: can LP8556TMX-E05/NOPB be used in final design?

Dear Experts,

Why is non-programmed version of LP8556(LP8556TMX-E05/NOPB) recommended only for evaluation purposes? I can't figure out why it could not be used in final design.

    Hi Juha,

    For options other than E05, the devices are tested base on the settings that is in the EEPROM. E05 is meant for customer to evaluation their own setting, if the their setting is close to one of the standard option, it should be okay to use. I believe E05 is tested base on E09 parameters.
