Could you tell me the timing of PMB_CLK and PMB_DIO?
Is there information on timing parameters or timing chart of PMBus?
Or is it determined by the following parameters?

    Hi Yuto,

    The table you pasted into your comment does help to characterize the bus implementation of the TPS53667. However, there is no general timing diagram in the datasheet though we are fully compliant with the PMBus spec. Since it's an open standard you can download a copy from their website, http://pmbus.org/Home. 

    You'll need a free account to download the official documents and I believe timing and electrical information is found in part 2 of 3.
