FET selection on ICTLXX

In TPS65950DM, it's suggested to use FDJ1027P for both Tac & Tusb. If we want to select another vendor for this MOSFET, what should we take care? Which parameters need to check? Is NTLJD3115 workable?

Hi Antony,

This part looks comparable. Main thing to look is Rds(on) and that is lower than the Fairchild part.

Forgot to mention that Power dissipation is also important and that is same for both the parts.
