BUF16821-Q1: About case study of various worst case scenario

Part Number: BUF16821-Q1

Hello support team,

I have some questions regarding BUF16821-Q1.
Our customer is considering the case study of various failure modes on his applications.
Is there a risk that this IC may be destroyed, burned, or smoked, etc. in the following cases?

1. If adjacent pins including VS, VSA, GNDA, and GNDD are shorted each other.
2. If one or more of the pins are opened including VS, VSA, GNDA, GNDD.
3. If one or more of the output pin are shorted to GND (in case that 10 Ω of limit resistor is inserted between VS and power supply).
Based on the absolute maximum ratings of the data sheet, we understand that one pin per package can be shorted to GND continuously.

Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
