When the current of the load is more higher in HSFB EVM , the duty of the PWM is the same ( unchange ) & the frequency is the same ( unchage ) .

As the current increases, the frequency and the duty of the PWM in HSFB EVM , is it normal ?

Yes.

The frequency is not supposed to change.

And in an efficient power supply, when in CCM (Continious Current Mode) mode the duty cycle is mostly a function of Vin and Vout.

Since the efficiency of this EVM is high, the current will only have a little effect on dutycycle when in CCM mode.
