BQ34110: OperationStatus()

The operation status we are receiving periodically contains these bits on: SEC0(1),EVD2(3),BLT(7),RSVD(9),

I am puzzled as to why the bq is reporting the RSVD bit on.

Am I interpreting this wrong?
