UCC25705: 4Mhz PWM for class D amplification

Hi, I'm somewhat new to electronics and I have a special application for generating a 200khz sine wave. I'm trying to achieve this using class D amplification for high efficiency. I would like the driving PWM frequency to be about 4Mhz for low THD and filter requirements.

Will the UCC25705 be able to achieve this? It has conflicting information on its datasheet regarding its ability to operate at 4Mhz.

Is there a better way to achieve this?

Hi Suresh,

I think you may be better posting this question on another forum. This forum is focused on power supply applications which in general are running below 150kHz and the support team would not be knowledgeable on suitable alternative part numbers for this audio application.

Let me see if I can find a better forum to support your question.
