BQ24610: when i tested the board with batterys nearlly fullly charged,the state has something wrong

And there is another board,it seems that i had burned out the ic.After i replaced it with a new one,i found that when i connect it to the DC power,the STAT1 flash,i cannot say what happened..

i have already confirm the reason that the battery we bought has its own contol circuit and that is conflict with the setting of bq24610.However ,there is still a question.When the charge progress went into constant voltage phase,the current fell normally,when the charge progress finished,the STAT2 could not change its state.I have already confirmed the circuit connection and there is nothing wrong.We used a new 3s battery with none circuit and changed the feedback resistor to obtain a 12.6V output voltage.

This is probably also a confIict between the charger and thee battery internal control on termination. When the termination function are both enabled in the charger and the battery internal control, the two loop will have conflict and the termination cannot be detected properly with the charger. Thus you do not see STAT2 state change.

And when i connected a 0.1uF capacitor between ISET1 or ISET2,the voltage of these pin would raise A few hundred millivolts.I am very puzzled

What is the voltage you are showing in your pictures?

What is the reason that you add a cap between ISET1 and ISET2? Or do you mean you add a cap from ISET1 to ground and another cap from ISET2 to ground? 

What is the issue now? Can you please show a schematic of your connection and layout? It is always more useful to show the voltage on the scope capture.

another question ,i want to know whether the BAT FET can be deserted if i have only one 24VDC power as input source?

Resistor R30,R33,R34 would not be used 

I have only been able to view 2 layers. Are you using a 2 layer board?
We do recommend to use a 4-layer board and use ground layer as sheild for sw noise. It seems like in your layout that the all of the signals are sharing the same ground which is okay but please make sure that you make the small signal current path away from the high current switching path.
