I tested using a 4S commercial battery with its own protection circuit. When the battery energy is low, charging can be performed normally and the status of the indicator leds is correct. However, when the battery has a large amount of power (battery was measured about 16.7V about fully charged), the status of the STAT lamp connected to the circuit board is wrong. It can be charged for a short time after the battery is connected at 1.3A current(setting 1.5A, for some reason only about 1.3A), it didn't take long for STAT1 to turn OFF. After a while, it was able to charge and repeated. Sometimes the frequency is faster. I do not know why.
I am still testing another battery, and now in the constant current charging phase, I can observe that the voltage has risen (although not much) and the current has remained unchanged at about 1.3A.
Please help me analyze the possible causes of the above problems, thank you
