We choosing DDR terminator in dual channel configuration. Expected current consumption - 6 A (with reserve).
We want small and high efficiency solution due to limitations.
All TI solutions have low switching frequency (~600 kHz). At the same time LTC3617 from Linear provide the same output current at much higher working frequency, that leads to much smaller solution size.
We want to use TI DDR terminator in this application because main SoC is TDA2 .
What we should use? Or what advantages has our solutions versus Linear?
