Hi Sir,
Our customer used the TPS61165 for panel Backlighting,
If the system is go to S3/S4/S5 Short time,then fast Wake up.
Maybe is under 3 second Wake up.
Thery are found out TPS61165 can't use the Dimming function.
But we can see the input VIN/CTRL are function normal.
If the system go to S3/S4/S5 over 3~5minutes , then wake up system the TPS61165 Function work is OK.
the excell is our Pass & Fail waveform for your reference.
the customer schematic is copy TI datasheet.
Do you have any suggest for this case?
