Hello,
We have replaced the LMR14006 with the LMR14206 for logistic issues.
The SHDN pin is floating in our PCB and, now, the new regulator does not work properly. In the datasheet of the LMR14206, page 2, pin SHDN description, says:
"Logic level shutdown input. Pull to GND to disable the device and pull high to enable the device. If
this function is not used tie to VIN or leave open."
Is the only reference to the possibility to let the pin floating.
The questions are:
There is internal pull-up current or not, for this pin?
Is possible to let open as the LMR14006?
