My customer has the following question:
I would like to know on the TPS54616 what resistance should we expect between PH and PGND. Our supplier performing ICT is rejecting boards simply because what they measure on some chips is different than what they had been measuring. I do not see anywhere that value is called out.
TPS54616PWP Our supplier has been measuring the output to ground and recently have discovered that the value has changed for >290K to around 300ohms. This is not part of the data sheet but their ICT is doing the measurement and they are failing parts which are less than the >290K. We have yet to determine if the "failing" parts meet their operation parameters or not. We are waiting for the parts so we can test.
Any help would be much appreciated
