LMR14030-Q1: maximum SS time

Our customer will set the 55ms for SS time. However if there are considerd with some variations of the use condition the SS time will be increased to 160ms(max). Is there any concerns?

Or is there any limitation of SS time for this device?

Hi,

If you use LMR14030-Q1 in WSON package, the maximum value of CSS is 4.7 nF as marked on datasheet.

If not, the SS time doesn't have value limitation on itself. The limitation is determined by Vout, Cout, OC limit:

Co * Vo = Icharge * tss --> Icharge = Co * Vo / tss.
