LM9061-Q1: LM9061-Q1 Bidirection Issue

Hi Experts, 

We have designed and manufactured a Board with LM9061-Q1 as below, which is refered from its datasheet Figure 22.

But we did not connect Pin 8 to ground.

And there is only one side can be turned on, the opposite side cannot work.

Could you help us on it?
