I don't know if my google foo is failing, but does TI have anything similar to the MAX690T?

I need to switch in a battery backup if the AC line goes away.

Keith,

If you are looking for 3.3V monitoring, TPS3606 should work. This has all of the features plus a few additional features. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps3606-33.pdf

If you don't need the watchdog feature, TPS3619 and TPS3620 will be ideal. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps3620.pdf
