LP55231: Capacitor Selection

Part Number: LP55231

Hi,

My customer has the following question:

We are working on selecting capacitors for the LP55231 charge pump, and we'd like to make them as small as possible. We've found 0201 capacitors that derate to the right capacitance with voltage applied, but they are higher nominal capacitance.

Instead of the 1 uF caps, we are thinking of 2.2 uF (GRM033R61A225KE47).
Instead of the 2.2 uF caps, we are thinking of 4.7 uF (GRM035R60J475ME15).

The question I have is whether this will cause issues during startup before the full voltage is applied to the charge pump and output capacitors. What do you think?

Thanks,

Chuchen
