StartUp Problem

Part Number: LM27761

Hi Team.

i use the LM27761 on a PCB with the Standard Schematic from the Datasheet for -3,3V.

The Supply for the LM27761 is Buck Converter with 5V Output.

The Problem is now, i measure +0.5V at the Vout Pin and -1.2V on the CPout Pin.

I assembled a new PCB only with the LM27761 circuit and use a Transformer Power Supply, now i measure -1,5V at the Vout Pin and 1,5V at the CPout Pin

but then I set on the power supply to 0V and put the voltage slowly on 5V and there is -3.3V on Vout pin and 3.3V on the CPout pin.

I Soldered the circuit on the fly to exclude a mass loop but there is the same effect.

Output waveforms from the C+ Pin from this two cases and schematics are in the attachment.

I don't know whats wrong.
