BQ2002D: Maximum charge time

I have a simple question. The maximum charge time is configured by TM pin.

The timer is configured at three-level.(Low , Mid , High) When is the start point of the maximum charge time?

Is it when CC output go to high at fast charging?

The charge timer will start when fast charge begins. This is typically the insertion of a battery or application of power to the charger.
