when i connected to load output voltage totally drop ..that time am getting 0.156v only ..at the same increase the load value output also increase..i could not understand wt happen to this circuit

Hello Bob,
Your schematic looks ok, nothing obviously wrong.
1. It looks like you are using potentiometer to adjust output voltage. While there is nothing wrong with that approach i would suggest using fixed value resistor calculated for let's say 5V output and verify circuit functionality (with and without load)
2.Also I would suggest checking if all components are properly assembled (orientation, footprint), especially power IC. Verify that all pins are correctly connected and that exposed pad is properly connected/soldered to the PCB.
3. If that does not help, please provide screenshots of Vin/SW/Inductor current/output when unloaded and loaded. This should help with troubleshooting.

am using fixed value resistor but no use that same issue are repeated,

 that all pins are correctly connected and that exposed pad is properly connected/soldered to the PCB.

i don't know what is the problem and where its ,,,

2. screenshots of waveforms measured with and without load on VIN/SW/Inductor current
