BQ40Z50: How to write current calibration data into bq40z50r2 dataflash

I am working on developing a board to do current calibration on bq40z50r2. Based on section 2.4.3 CC gain/capacity gain calibration in http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua734a/slua734a.pdf

how do i convert the calculated CC and capacity gain into a value that can be written into dataflash where Icc can be discharging current with negative sign
