LM5046: Try to use no ideally transformer

Part Number: LM5046
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28180

Hello,

I like to use an old motor with two separate neutral points as transformer (it is an experiment for the University).

I think the coupling factor between the winding will not be very good. Can the controller regulate this bad coupling factor or should I take another controller?

Or is it the best solution to use an micro controller and regulate it with an own program?

Input of my experiment is 230V~ then I like to use "UCC28180 (ACTIVE) 8-Pin Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) PFC Controller" to generate a higher DC voltage. Then I like to use a DC/DC converter to produce a 60V DC voltage.

Thank you very much for Your Help.
