I am looking for a replacement for Infineon ICE3PCS01G.

Rough application needs:

  • Single stage PFC boost preferred.
  • Pin = 1100W
  • Vout=390V
  • Iout max. 3A

Is UCC28019A an option?

    Thanks for your interest in UCC28019A. Yes, both ICE3PCS91G and UCC28019A are CCM PFC controllers. Please keep in mind UCC28019A has a fixed switching frequency of 65kHz. For a CCM PFC with programmable switching frequency, take a look at UCC28180.
