Hi team,

one of customers is wondering whether TPS61310/TPS61311 is recommended to be mounted on HDI board. From customer's experience, ball pitch under 0.5mm is better to design on HDI board. Please advised.

Hello,

The two center bumps of TPS6131X cannot be routed out on HDI Board, which has via/pad size limitations.

How many LEDs do the customer need to drive?

We recommend LM3601X for Single LED and LM3643 for Dual LED and one LM36011 + one LM3643 for 3 LEDs.
