LMR14206 inverted converter don't work properly

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMR14206

Hi,

I'm trying to design an inverted buck converter using LMR14206 IC. My schematic is the same one as yours (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lmr14206.pdf)  but my Feefback resistor values are R1=14K and R2=1K. inorder to make the inverting polarity up, node GND is labeled as Vout and Vout as GND. Vin=11.5V and expected Vout=-12.3V.

Without Rload, I get the expected Vout value. But connecting Rload(=30 ohms) and then enabling Vin, I can never reach Vout. However, if Rload is connected before enabling Vin, I get Vout (with certain voltage) drop).

Is it something else needed to obtain Vout=-12V and Iout_max= 500mA??
